BERN & ASSOCIATES LLC.
Beginning May 1, 2023, our firm will be known as Bern & Associates LLC. Managing Partner, Douglas M. Bern, has overseen the practice since the firm’s inception. Bern & Associates, LLC is a general practice law firm serving clients in New Jersey and New York. The firm specializes in commercial transactions, real estate, zoning, re-development, and land use matters as well as leasing and estate planning for our clients. We assist in the formation of business entities and provide legal services to property owners and developers as well as municipalities, counties and county agencies and state authorities throughout the State of New Jersey.
The firm has strategic partnerships with specialty law firms, as needed. Lawrence H. Kleiner, Esq. and Michael J. Armstrong, Esq. are Of Counsel at Bern & Associates LLC where they assist on complex civil litigation, re-development, and public entity issues.
