The firm has been actively involved in representation, redevelopment, and litigation of matters for both urban and suburban public clients, large and small. We advise public entities and serve as general and special counsel to various municipalities, regional, and county agencies. Our services include consulting with elected and administrative officials, preparing resolutions and ordinances, and reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements. We negotiate deals with other governmental agencies and private entities. We assist our government clients with applicable laws, regulations, compliance, and approval processes necessary to develop, implement, and enforce public policies. Additionally, we provide guidance on election law and election financing issues, including New Jersey election compliance. We counsel clients to ensure they follow current rules and successfully manage matters involving regulations, land use, zoning, and redevelopment. The firm has served as counsel to a number of municipalities, planning and zoning boards, and utility authorities for a number of years.
